As for letting people know of what places are easily accessible I can't help there either - the situation changes constantly so if a place is easy to access one week its often boarded up the next..... Despite me repeating this time and time again  I still get about a dozen of these emails every week. Of course, I'm happy to help individuals (with locations, etc) who are genuinely interested in sharing stories or history about a particular site or better still come along to one of my guided walks, and we can have a chat down the pub afterwards.
